How does it work?
- Fill the neti pot with a lukewarm salt solution (preferably Celtic salt)
- Tilt your head sideways over the sink.
- Place the spout of the neti pot in the upper nostril.
- Allow the saline solution to flow gently through the upper nostril and then out through the lower nostril.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Gently blow your nose to remove any remaining solution.
